About the role

Senior UX Product Designer at Levelpath in New York City. Full-time on-site role focusing on user-centered design for a modern AI procurement platform, delivering delightful mobile and web experiences, contributing to the Design System, and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Spend time with our customers to discover, and understand their underserved needs
  • Work closely with our Head of Design, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver simple, elegant solutions, from story mapping through rough and high-fidelity prototypes, and continuous iteration
  • Deliver delightful user experiences and interactions on both mobile and web
  • Establish and maintain strong usability standards across our UX on both mobile and web
  • Be responsible for delivering engineering-ready files to our engineering team in a clean, well-documented format
  • Help contribute to and maintain the Design System
  • Be an owner of the work you are responsible for and expected to perform at a high bar

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates ability to solve problems and deliver delightful experiences
  • Product thinker and systems thinker
  • Curious with ability to dig into big problems
  • Empathy for users and ability to make decisions on their behalf
  • UI expertise with emphasis on simplicity, usability, and delightful creativity
  • Understanding of Interaction Design with intent
  • Experience with both web and mobile
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to ideas from anywhere
  • Process-oriented: validate assumptions, seek feedback from users and team, refine work based on learnings
