About the role

We’re looking for our first People Operations Lead to help build the HR function from the ground up. You’ll partner directly with our founders and leadership to shape the employee experience end to end, from onboarding through every milestone of their time at Reducto. This is a hands-on, high-touch role owning onboarding, performance, payroll, benefits, and policy implementation to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent.

Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted person employees come to. Build genuine relationships across the company and keep a pulse on employee sentiment, acting on it.

Qualifications

  • Have 5+ years of People Operations / HR experience, ideally including some exposure to first-time-manager support and programs for managers.
  • Have employee relations experience and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • High EQ and warmth; strong ability to build trust across all levels.
  • Operational rigor to run programs end-to-end (onboarding, immigration, leaves).
  • Comfortable enforcing and disseminating policy and upholding programs.
