About the role

Technical advisor and champion for CodeRabbit customers in pre-sales, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to demonstrate value and design AI-powered solutions for the SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs
  • Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to showcase the CodeRabbit platform
  • Help in responding to security questionnaires
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with product and engineering to address customer issues and improve the product experience
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools and platforms
  • Contribute to internal tools and documentation of playbooks, guides and best practices
  • Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with 2+ years in a dynamic startup-like environment
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs
  • Strong experience with software development tools and platforms
  • Comfortable working with commandline
  • Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to acquire new skills and solve new problems
  • Willingness to uplevel the knowledge and skills of peers through mentorship, trainings and shadowing
