About the role

SCM Technology Manager partnership-focused leadership role owning the planning and integration technology stack across e.l.f.’s multi-brand supply chain. Leads technology roadmap for Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Logistics, with a strong focus on AI/ML-enabled planning and cross-ERP integration (Lyric.ai, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary technology partner to supply chain business leaders across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, and Operations — fluent in their problems and accountable for technology outcomes.
  • Translate supply chain business requirements into a prioritized technology roadmap, coordinating with internal teams and vendor partners to sequence and deliver.
  • Join demand review cycles, S&OP processes, and operational planning forums as a contributor shaping technology-enabled decisions.
  • Close the loop when platforms don’t match operations — identify root causes, drive fixes, and build repeatable solutions.
  • Partner with OTC and P2P functional leads to ensure alignment of supply plan outputs with SAP order management and SAP Purchasing.
  • Bring a POV on AI and machine learning in supply chain planning; pilot AI-native capabilities and evaluate landscape beyond planning tools.
  • Own the supply chain planning technology ecosystem with Lyric.ai as the planning system of record; govern integration across Lyric, SAP S/4HANA, and NetSuite.
  • Document data models, integration touchpoints, and business rules to preserve institutional knowledge through platform changes.
  • Maintain SCM technology roadmap, evaluate new capabilities, and manage vendor relationships (Lyric, SAP, NetSuite, Snowflake, Coupa).
  • Directly manage the Sr. Systems Analyst – Planning (India-based) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform readiness and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in supply chain technology with demonstrable depth in planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or IBP).
  • Direct experience with a modern supply chain planning platform (Lyric, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SCM and understanding of how planning outputs land in MM and PP.
  • Experience with data layer technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent) as part of planning or reporting architecture.
  • Proven ability to translate supply chain business needs into technology outcomes with user adoption.
  • Genuine point of view on AI in supply chain planning and ability to discuss value without vendor marketing.
