The Talent Researcher role focuses on market mapping, competitor research, data-led sourcing, and delivering project-based hiring, salary benchmarking, and strategic talent insights.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market mapping across sales or tech to identify top-tier talent
  • Utilise deep competitor research and talent identification to bring insights and intelligence back to the team
  • Support searches and sourcing with data-led input, focusing on market intelligence rather than just execution
  • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to enable better decision-making through data and insights
  • Deliver project-based hiring, salary benchmarking, and strategic talent insights

Qualifications

  • Deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of Sales or Tech markets
  • A high bar for quality, with a proven ability to target and go after top-tier, proven performers
  • A 'Talent partner' mindset that is research, insight, and strategy-led rather than just executional
  • Product-minded and plug-and-play capability, able to operate in a high talent density environment
  • Ability to raise the overall bar of hiring through better inputs, targeting, and competitor intelligence
