About the role

EliseAI’s Technical Solutions & Support team supports customers by applying in-depth system knowledge to client configurations and data access, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in healthcare and related workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand our product, customers, and how they work best together: Onboarding clients and translating their preferences into system settings; Integrations with client telephony, EHR and PMS systems; Understanding client businesses and the impact of reported issues on operations
  • Provide excellent, customer-obsessed support: Communicate with clients quickly and professionally; Resolve issues with thorough investigation and empathetic service; Prioritize issues by business impact; Advise clients on best practices for configuring and interacting with their AI Assistant
  • Investigate and document product issues: Investigate root cause and impact using SQL queries, logs, and other data sources; Write effective ticket summaries; Communicate bug fixes and verify resolution; Share updates with teammates

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in similar role or field
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency such as a computer science degree, bootcamp certificate, or previous work experience
  • Bias towards data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
  • Ability to break down complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguous or open-ended problems
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week
