About the role

Senior Associate role supporting identification, incubation, launch, and scaling of new products and market opportunities from zero to one and one to ten; requires analytical thinking, adaptability, and strong execution.

Responsibilities

  • Launching and Scaling New Verticals: Coordinate cross-functional efforts (Product, Eng, GTM, Ops, CS), track progress, and manage key deliverables; Work directly with clients to analyze workflows and goals to support successful launch and adoption of new products; Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to drive product feature development and GTM success; Assist in development of GTM strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch planning
  • Strategic Project Execution: Support the creation and management of project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; Track progress against success metrics and ensure successful growth and adoption of new product lines

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or similar roles in technology or high-growth environments
  • High performance ranking/marks in previous jobs
  • Strong analytical skills, able to leverage data and market insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic settings
  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Evidence of entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days per week
