About the role

Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) focused on driving revenue growth and market expansion through direct engagement with MFMs and OB/GYNs, providing clinical expertise, educational support, and hands-on training for products in women's health.

Responsibilities

  • Increasing revenue and driving market development through direct sales to individual MFMs, Ob/Gyns and Genetic Counselors
  • Prospecting, cultivating and maintaining key relationships
  • Creating and implementing a strategic business plan to grow revenue in the geography
  • Selling currently marketed products and new product launches
  • Collaborating with PHI access and compliance processes (paper and electronic PHI access)
  • Completing HIPAA/PHI privacy, policy compliance, and security training within 30 days of hire
  • Maintaining current status on Natera training requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Science, Nursing, or related healthcare discipline preferred)
  • Minimum of three years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, ideally within genetics
  • Strong background in medical or biological sciences; clinical diagnostics experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of OB/GYN and MFM markets with proven success selling into these specialties
  • Proven track record launching new products and driving rapid revenue growth in new markets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com
