About the role
Creative leadership role responsible for guiding and executing the core creative vision across pre-production, on-set, and post-production for MrBeast video projects, ensuring alignment with the central creative narrative from concept to final edit.
Responsibilities
- Innovate formats and framework for original, high-performing viral videos
- Pitch macro concepts/ideas to the Head of Creative
- Lead writing sessions for unique ideas and situations
- Research trends and tactics for retention
- Real-time problem solving on set
- Direct Talent/Contestants
- Guide the video to follow the best possible outcome
- Work with Production on schedule and readiness
- Act as the single source of creative truth ensuring alignment with the core creative vision
Qualifications
- Master collaborator
- High accountability and integrity
- Willing to learn (and unlearn) quickly
- Ability to communicate ideas and pitches clearly, including visuals
- Experience developing content from concept to final product
- Self-starter mentality, able to push independently on concepts
- Ability to anticipate the unexpected
- Team-first mentality with no ego
