About the role
Director role responsible for Beast Industries' presence on X (formerly Twitter) and Threads, overseeing end-to-end publishing, real-time engagement, content adaptation, cross-team coordination, and data-driven performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own the publishing calendar end to end: write, package, and ship daily posts, with purpose-built rollouts for every video premiere, product drop, and announcement.
Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years running social media with X or Twitter as primary platform, at least 2 years as the named owner of a large account (1M+ followers).
- Experience in real-time coverage (sports, premieres, launches, breaking moments).
- Strong short-form copywriting in a distinctive voice with measurable post performance.
- Clip-native: ability to cut short-form video or brief editors with precision.
- Understanding of content distribution on platform including creator/community pages.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to align brand, communications, and leadership with rapid publishing pace.
- Fluent in platform analytics and testing; ability to base publishing decisions on data.
