About the role

Senior Recruiter to build and scale recruiting for Beast Industries' studio, content, and operations across the Beast ecosystem, partnering with leaders across content, production, operations, and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for roles like producers, directors, editors, writers, camera operators, post-production supervisors, set and art department, thumbnail and packaging designers, and production coordinators.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define success for a role beyond the job description.
  • Run fast, focused processes with urgency while maintaining high talent standards.
  • Close candidates by articulating impact, ownership, and growth.
  • Source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds.
  • Build pipelines for roles blending creativity, execution, and leadership.
  • Stay connected to creator, media, and internet culture to spot emerging talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers with market insights and feedback.
  • Help teams make confident, timely hiring decisions in a fast-changing environment.
  • Balance speed, quality, and culture fit as priorities evolve.
  • Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools as the company grows.
  • Introduce clarity and consistency without slowing teams down.
  • Use data, pattern recognition, and judgment to raise the hiring bar.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting, with significant time hiring for production, post-production, or creative roles in media, entertainment, digital content, film, TV, gaming, or agencies.
  • Strong track record of hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to go off-script to find the right people.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, evolving roles, and leaders who move fast.
  • Strong instincts for talent, culture, and potential beyond resumes.
  • Clear communicator, strong closer, and pride in building teams.
  • Deep interest in creators, content, internet culture, and building impactful things.
