About the role

Senior product engineer role focusing on turning AI capabilities into enterprise-ready products, owning through discovery to production with a strong emphasis on user impact, governance, and integration within Langdock’s platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own a customer problem from discovery through production and measure impact on users and business
  • Speak with users, decide product direction, build solutions across the stack, ship, and iterate from production feedback
  • Distinguish underlying needs from initial requests to determine scope, interaction, architecture, and sequencing
  • Develop and ship features across areas such as chat/agents, new interfaces for agentic work, governance at enterprise scale, content organization, long-running workflows, and integrations into existing tools like Excel and Outlook
  • Design and evolve core product experiences (Chat and Agents), tool and context handling, reliability and latency messaging, and user-facing workflows
  • Build and maintain Library for organizing attachments and outputs
  • Create interfaces to compose and manage workflows and monitor runs
  • Integrate Langdock with customers’ existing tools and ecosystems

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience, typically 3 to 6, building and shipping full-stack product software across TypeScript, React, Node.js, databases, and queues
  • Ability to explain user/business impact of their work
  • Curiosity about how customers work and ability to formulate a product point of view
  • Capacity to resolve underspecified problems by identifying priorities and making trade-offs
  • Understanding of large language models practical behavior (context windows, tool calling, streaming, provider differences, failure modes) and using AI tools responsibly
  • Strong collaboration and communication, ability to share context, request input, and push for better outcomes
  • Experience owning production software and operating it in production environments
