About the role

Product Designer role at Hanover Park, an AI-native ERP provider for private markets, focused on complex fund accounting and investor workflows. On-site in New York City, reporting directly to founders/engineers and shaping end-to-end design from visual language to research and specs.

Responsibilities

  • Major product surfaces - how LPs engage, how funds come to life, how data tells a story - and everything we build from here
  • Our design system - extending and hardening the patterns that scale across a complex platform
  • User research directly with fund CFOs, ops leads, and LPs - synthesizing what you learn into product decisions
  • Implementation-ready specs that engineers can build from without a back-and-forth
  • The long-term visual language of Hanover Park

Qualifications

  • A portfolio that shows how you think through complex, data-heavy interfaces - not just how they look
  • Strong visual craft - you sweat the details, ship pixel-perfect work, and have a point of view on what good looks like
  • Experience building or evolving a design system in a fast-moving product
  • Comfort going deep with users - running research, not just reading someone else's findings
  • Figma fluency and a track record of handing off specs engineers love
