About the role
Company-level operator role focused on building the operating system, leadership cadence, and information infrastructure to scale Model ML without sacrificing speed or clarity.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the company operating system. Leadership cadence, planning cycles, KPI infrastructure, resource allocation, and execution reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience and track record in high-growth or strategic operator roles (founder’s office, consulting/banking to startup operator, product+business hybrid, internal systems builder).
- Extremely high agency and commercial instinct.
- Structured, analytical thinker who can challenge senior stakeholders and operate with ambiguity.
