About the role

Early member of the product design team shaping user interactions and end-to-end product experiences. No PMs; design ownership across research, UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and design systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design end-to-end for Reducto, owning everything from defining a world-class brand to shipping beautiful experiences that users love
  • Develop brand new products and user workflows
  • Build and own our design system, brand, and how we present ourselves to the world
  • Obsess over the small details, driving a culture that highly values design

Qualifications

  • Shipped complex products for 2+ years, ideally for engineers, researchers, or ops-heavy teams
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining structure where none exists
  • Ability to ship fast with high agency and take initiative to fix problems rather than only raise them
  • Strong emphasis on polish and craft
