About the role

Lead end-to-end deployment of Reducto into customer environments (from VPC to on-prem), partnering with enterprise IT, security, and platform teams to deploy, configure, harden, and operate Reducto inside customer infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end deployment of Reducto into customer environments including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
  • Partnering with enterprise IT, security, and platform teams to assess infrastructure, security posture, and data management practices, and designing deployment strategies tailored to constraints.
  • Understanding the hardware powering in-house ML models to deploy onto customer infrastructure.
  • Building monitoring, telemetry, and phone-home patterns for visibility without compromising security.
  • Debugging and resolving customer-specific infrastructure issues end-to-end (e.g., Kubernetes misconfigurations and cloud IAM edge cases).
  • Owning incident response for customer deployments with strong operational excellence.
  • Codifying successful approaches into repeatable deployment patterns, runbooks, and automation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience operating production infrastructure, with experience deploying software into environments not fully controlled.
  • Comfort with Python or similar languages; strong cross-cloud, Kubernetes, networking, and storage skills.
  • Clear communication with external engineers; ability to diagnose problems live in customer calls and propose trusted paths forward.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to own customer problems end-to-end and develop internal tools for diagnostics and automation.
  • Quantitative, hands-on approach to system operations, automation, and continuous improvement.
