About the role

Founding Product Marketing Manager to lead self-service PLG and sales-led enterprise GTM motions for Reducto. Oversee messaging, ICP development, campaigns, content, and enablement to drive signups, product usage, and enterprise expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product marketing function and lay the foundation for scaling our GTM team.
  • Drive GTM campaigns and product launches, coordinating across product, design, growth, and sales to drive awareness and self-service adoption.
  • Craft messaging and positioning for Reducto products that resonates with technical and enterprise buyer personas.
  • Partner with product and growth to optimize the self-serve funnel, from activation through expansion.
  • Develop ICP and persona intelligence, mapping buyer journeys for self-service and enterprise customers.
  • Create technical marketing content (web, blog, video, social) to fuel campaigns and demand generation.
  • Work with GTM ops to measure impact on the sales & marketing funnel and improve conversion rates at each stage.
  • Support sales enablement with pitch decks, customer stories, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Hold yourself to a high bar for quality and precision.
  • Experience solving complex problems and building from first principles.
  • Ability to use AI thoughtfully to amplify output.
  • Ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
  • Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Take full ownership from strategy through execution.
