About the role

Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruiting across engineering, research, design and product to build Teton's technical and product teams from Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Journey - Own the full recruiting journey from sourcing and building genuine relationships with engineers, researchers, designers, and product managers, to delivering standout interview experiences and guiding them through the offer stage.
  • Market & Industry Trends - Stay plugged into the technical talent landscape and emerging trends across AI/ML, computer vision, software engineering, and product to spot top talent.
  • Be a Partner - Partner closely with engineering, research, and product leadership to deeply understand technical requirements, calibrate on what 'great' looks like, and ensure every hire aligns with team goals and company vision.
  • Culture Champion - Champion Teton's culture at every touchpoint, whether interacting with candidates, hosting technical meetups and networking events, or representing the company at conferences and career fairs.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of technical recruiting experience
  • Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting Expertise: sourcing, interviewing, closing, onboarding across Engineering, Machine Learning/AI, Product, and Design
  • Owner-operator mindset, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with hiring managers and candidates at all levels of seniority
  • Bonus Points: experience hiring for deep tech products (not purely SaaS or AI wrappers)
