About the role

Sprinto is seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to help build the operating system behind revenue. You will work with Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, Finance, and Product to analyze data, improve workflows, and contribute to projects with real business impact in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help build the operating system behind revenue - Support the processes, reporting, and workflows that help Customer Success and Renewals teams operate more efficiently and deliver better customer outcomes.
  • Turn data into better decisions - Analyse customer trends, operational metrics, and business performance to uncover insights that improve retention, renewals, and day-to-day execution.
  • Solve operational problems that matter - Identify bottlenecks, simplify processes, and contribute to projects that make Sprinto's customer-facing teams faster, more effective, and easier to scale.
  • Work across the business - Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, and Support, gaining first-hand exposure to how cross-functional teams work together to drive business growth.
  • Build systems that last - Create documentation, trackers, dashboards, and operational playbooks that improve visibility, consistency, and execution across the organisation.
  • Learn how SaaS businesses scale - Every project you contribute to will deepen your understanding of customer operations, business metrics, and the systems that power high-growth companies.

Qualifications

  • You're currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Enjoy solving structured problems and using data to understand why things happen.
  • Curious about business and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Operations.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to build reliable processes.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and analytical tools; experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Interested in exploring AI tools to analyse information, automate repetitive work, or improve problem solving.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to contribute meaningfully from day one.
