About the role

Senior Designer guiding Serval's visual voice, owning end-to-end brand and design work across campaigns, web, product marketing, motion, print, merch, and events to evolve the brand system for an AI-native automation platform.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and execute creative campaigns end-to-end across digital, web, social, print, merch, and live events.
  • Shape and evolve Serval's brand system — typography, color, illustration, layout, and visual rules for cohesion across surfaces.
  • Own art direction for omni-channel marketing collateral (web pages, social assets, ads, decks, one-pagers, swag) and launches, paid campaigns, conference presence, customer stories.
  • Partner with product, marketing, engineers, and leadership to translate complex AI workflows into clear, expressive design.
  • Collaborate with motion designers, copywriters, and external partners from storyboard to final delivery.
  • Set the creative bar through feedback, mentorship, and craft to elevate team output.
  • Experiment with AI tools to expand possibilities in visual design and accelerate small-team output.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in hands-on visual, graphic, or brand roles with portfolio demonstrating concept thinking, craft, and storytelling across multiple mediums.
  • Track record of owning campaigns and brand systems from concept to execution, including 360 work across digital, social, video, and physical/event experiences.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable across static, web, and print.
  • Strong sensibility for typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems; sound judgment on when to make bold vs restrained choices.
  • Comfort driving projects end-to-end, with ability to give/receive direct feedback and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Active experimentation with AI tools.
