About the role

Senior/Staff Product Manager focused on the core experience at Rula, enabling easier discovery, initiation, and sustained engagement with high-quality mental health care. Leads data-driven discovery, collaborates with researchers and data scientists, and guides an engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements impacting patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead core experience initiatives to improve how people find, start, and stay engaged with mental health care
  • Dig into data to understand consumer pain points and collaborates with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists
  • Own and guide a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements
  • Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
  • Drive experiments (A/B testing) and use causal analysis to evaluate results
  • Impact thousands of users by improving access to care and patient engagement outcomes

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products
  • Proven track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas and scaling to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influence, able to articulate strategy to diverse audiences
  • Strong quantitative fluency, experience with A/B testing and partnering with data scientists on experiment design
