About the role

Senior full-stack engineer within the Partnerships org building scalable employer and EAP-focused capabilities, enabling employer-led access to mental health benefits and streamlined patient/provider flows across the Employer Portal and EAP services.

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale robust systems within an autonomous, cross-functional team
  • Build software that expands addressable population and enables seamless access to care
  • Own end-to-end full-stack product surface from employer-facing tools to patient/provider flows
  • Collaborate with payers, providers, health systems, employers, brokers, and other partners to drive patient starts and reduce friction in accessing care
  • Lead high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, navigating trade-offs and aligning stakeholders
  • Mentor peers, contribute to code reviews and technical documentation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in production web applications
  • Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery
  • Passion for fostering a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring
  • Deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies—ideally TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Strong grasp of functional and object-oriented programming
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
  • Experience designing and implementing complex, distributed, scalable, secure systems
