Founding GTM Recruiter at Paraform focused on sourcing and hiring top 1% talent for a high-growth, early-stage startup, operating across multiple functions with a strong emphasis on building processes and employer branding.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions
  • Talent Strategy: Work with the founders and hiring managers to set our talent bar, hiring goals, candidate experience, and employer branding
  • Talent Operations: Own candidate coordination, recruiting tools (including Paraform!), and continuously improve our hiring processes and structures
  • Promote Paraform: Serve as a genuine ambassador for Paraform's mission — speak credibly about our product, market, and why top candidates should want to work here

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical and GTM roles, ideally with time spent in-house at a high-growth startup
  • Proven track record closing strong candidates in a competitive market
  • Deep sourcing chops — proactive in finding and engaging talent
  • High ownership mentality and comfort operating without a playbook
  • Builder mindset — ability to create process and structure where none exists
  • Familiarity with the recruiting industry or marketplace businesses is a plus (and genuinely interesting)
