About the role

Product Engineer role at Paraform focused on end-to-end ownership from problem discovery to shipping solutions across three core areas: Marketplace, AI Matching, and Recruiting OS. Emphasis on product mindset, business impact, technical breadth, and high ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Look at a problem our team is facing, figure out what to build, and ship it end to end.
  • Autonomy to discover problems worth solving, design solutions, and own outcomes.
  • Contribute to three major product areas: Marketplace, AI Matching, and Recruiting OS.
  • Build systems to acquire and match candidates at scale, improve recruiter/company experiences, and develop AI-assisted workflows.

  • Product-minded: strong opinions about what to build and why, informed by user behavior, data, and first-principles thinking
  • Business-minded: focus on impact in terms of revenue, retention, and market dynamics
  • Technically sharp: able to move fast across the stack without sacrificing quality
  • High ownership: ability to identify needs, plan, and execute
