About the role

Cotera is hiring a Future Founder - Growth to join the growth side, with the potential to lead an org or receive a seed check to start their own company. The role focuses on GTM, experimentation, and driving revenue outcomes under the mentorship of the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • We understand our market, and we’ve developed a product that makes customers happy and successful. We want your help tapping into more of that market.
  • You’re going to be experimenting a lot. Outbound, inbound, growth strategies, case studies - everything is fair game.
  • You’ll be working with the CEO - this is a GTM right hand to Ibby.
  • You’ll be outcomes driven - we’ll give you business goals, you’ll be in charge of meeting them.

Qualifications

  • Curious and hungry: early in your professional journey, motivated to try different things to learn what you want to do.
  • Not afraid: comfortable with potential failure and learning from mistakes.
  • Technically proficient – not necessarily an engineer, but comfortable using AI tools to code up something externally.
  • Desire to be a founder and learn GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
