About the role

Growth-focused Business Development Manager in FINN’s Customer Growth team, initially driving growth for JobAuto (B2B2C) and expanding opportunities across FINN’s B2C, B2B, and B2B2C segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth opportunities for FINN: shape and execute winning growth strategies for existing FINN customers across B2C, B2B and B2B2C; identify growth opportunities and manage strategic growth projects.
  • Drive accelerating growth for JobAuto: collaborate with JobAuto Product and customer-facing teams to accelerate growth.
  • Lead our business planning and performance analysis: own OKR and business planning processes and derive actionable insights from performance to implement actions.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in business administration, technology management, economics, or related field
  • Proven track record in high-performance environment (fast-scaling startup, scale-up, or top-tier strategy consulting)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to derive actionable business insights and drive performance optimization
  • Excellent/Fluent German (C1/C2) and fluent professional English skills
