About the role

Senior Oracle EPM Specialist responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations across close cycles by maintaining stability, security, and performance of Oracle GL and Oracle EPM environments. Acts as the operational lead for FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS, collaborating across IT and finance to translate roadmaps into practical implementations and maintain system health.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional System Execution: Work closely with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to implement roadmap initiatives and evaluate downstream impacts.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Investigate and resolve data load, mapping, validation, and calculation issues. Track and resolve recurring or critical issues through Oracle Service Requests
  • Financial Module Ownership: Define and own the functional configuration roadmap for key financial modules, including General Ledger.
  • Compliance and System Configuration: Directly design and configure Oracle Fusion to ensure enforcement of critical financial compliance standards (e.g., ASC 606/IFRS 15, SOX).
  • Data Integration Management: Administer Data Exchange pipelines, import/export definitions, and update EDM subscriptions to keep metadata aligned. Manage calculation rules, consolidations, and cash flow mappings.
  • Maintenance & Patching: Review release notes and perform patch regression testing on monthly EPM patches, promoting updates safely across DEV, TEST, and PROD pods.
  • System Support & Operations: Manage and monitor user access control, including assigning predefined and application roles. Provide functional support during close cycles, assisting users with navigation, workflows, and Smart View queries.
  • PCMCS & Profitability Management: Maintain and configure PCMCS applications, managing allocation rules, cost assignment logic, and data model builds.
  • Solution Architecture & Development: Design, build, and optimize scalable EPM data models and solutions; translate business requirements into technical architecture across FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS and EDMCS.

Qualifications

  • Active Oracle Cloud EPM Certification(s) (e.g., FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, or EPM Data Integration).
  • Hands-on experience managing and supporting FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and PCMCS.
  • Proven ability to manage daily operations: integrations, consolidations, and reconciliations.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills for Smart View installations, connection settings, and setup conflicts.
  • Experience managing user security, access roles, and governance compliance.
  • Ability to perform monthly/quarterly close operations and conduct environment health checks.
  • Strong communication skills to partner with IT and business teams and design architectural solutions.
