About the role
Product Designer to shape Omnea’s next phase by turning complex enterprise workflows into clear, intuitive experiences for multiple user personas in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Talking directly to customers (procurement leaders, finance teams, and security stakeholders) to understand decision-making in large organisations (e.g., Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, Albertsons).
- End-to-end ownership of product areas from problem definition to shipped work, often starting from a blank page.
- Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering with minimal hand-off.
- Designing for complex, high-stakes workflows with multiple personas, approvals, and risk, making them clear and usable.
- Shaping patterns and systems as the design language is defined and scaled.
