About the role

Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager roles focusing on end-to-end ownership in aggregation or AI areas within Monarch’s product, with high autonomy and no coordination role, remote-only.

Responsibilities

  • Own discovery, prioritization, and delivery on a high-leverage area of Monarch's product
  • Take end-to-end responsibility from identifying the opportunity through shipping and iterating in-market
  • Own a product area end to end, from identifying the opportunity to shipping, iterating, and being accountable for what happens in market
  • Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear priorities, explicit tradeoffs, and a sequenced path forward
  • Design for what comes next beyond the immediate ask
  • Make decisions using quantitative data, qualitative research, and customer feedback
  • Communicate clearly across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership
  • Push for new technologies, AI, and workflows to improve team performance
  • You won't be coordinating; you'll be building (individual contributor)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of PM experience with a track record of shipping products
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features to real users and daily AI usage in workflow
  • Strong technical fluency for data architecture, data engineering, and reliability decisions
  • Interest or experience in fintech/personal finance is a plus (for AI or Aggregation tracks)
  • Strong problem solving and leadership in ambiguous spaces
  • Ability to work asynchronously across time zones in a fully remote setting
