About the role

Strategic Projects Associate at Corgi Insurance, a fast-growing YC startup building AI-powered insurance infrastructure. Role involves supporting high-priority initiatives across the business, including research, regulatory work, project evaluation and cross-functional problem solving, with direct exposure to leadership and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support high-priority strategic initiatives across the business.
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, regulations, and emerging opportunities.
  • Draft and organize written materials including analyses, filings, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Help evaluate and execute new projects, partnerships, and operational initiatives.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into structured recommendations and action plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to move projects forward.
  • Build systems, documentation, and processes that support Corgi’s growth.

Qualifications

  • Curious, intellectually driven, and eager to learn quickly.
  • Strong researcher and clear communicator with excellent written skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and figuring things out independently.
  • High ownership mindset and willingness to tackle unfamiliar problems.
