About the role

Senior Fund Accountant / NAV Lead responsible for daily books, NAV calculation, trade capture, pricing, corporate actions, reconciliations, and financial statement support for ETFs/registered funds, with sign-off responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Daily trade capture validation and booking completeness.
  • Portfolio positions, security master integrity, and corporate action booking.
  • Pricing load review and exception investigation (missing, stale, zero, outlier).
  • Cash and position reconciliations against custodian records.
  • Expense accruals, financing costs, realized and unrealized gain/loss.
  • Daily NAV package preparation and day-over-day movement explanation.
  • Month-end and year-end close support, audit schedules, and financial statement support.

Qualifications

  • Daily NAV production experience with sign-off responsibility.
  • Books and records ownership for ETFs or registered funds.
  • Complex reconciliation and break resolution experience.
  • Corporate action identification and booking.
  • Audit and financial statement support.
  • Manager / AVP / VP level experience at minimum.
