About the role

Nurse Practitioner to deliver Neko's preventive-care model in New York, using advanced non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive preventive health screenings using high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support with consistent quality across member visits.
  • Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data, translated into next steps the member takes.
  • Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies with measurable impact on member experience.
  • Escalate findings to Physicians when review is warranted to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operators, Physicians, and care teams to improve continuity of care and member experience.

Qualifications

  • Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
  • National board certification (ANCC or AANP) in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of post-residency experience.
  • Must meet New York's independent practice requirement.
  • Recent outpatient experience (at least 1 year in the past 5 years).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.
