About the role
Physician Assistant to deliver Neko's preventive-care model in New York using non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into actionable plans. Collaborative role with autonomous scope where appropriate, reporting to supervising Physicians and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, insight-driven member experience.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive preventive health screenings delivered using high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support.
- Personalized, action-oriented health plans created from screening data and translated into next steps for members.
- Member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
- Clear, timely escalation to supervising Physicians on findings that require physician-level review.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Operators, Physicians, and care teams to improve continuity of care and member experience.
Qualifications
- Active New York State Physician Assistant license.
- NCCPA certification (PA-C) in good standing.
- At least 1 year of post-residency experience.
- Recent outpatient experience (at least a year in the past 5 years).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.
