About the role

Global head responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Neko Health facilities across all markets, owning hard/soft services, security, and health & safety, and building scalable standards, teams, and processes to deliver premium clinic environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global facilities strategy, setting consistent standards, operating procedures, and performance benchmarks across all markets
  • Build scalable playbooks, tooling, and reporting frameworks for growth across geographies
  • Benchmark against best-in-class facilities and healthcare operations globally, evolving standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional Facilities Managers with clear direction and accountability
  • Establish operating rhythm, escalation paths, and governance for regional alignment
  • Foster a high-performance culture balancing global standards with regional autonomy
  • Partner with Expansion, Operations, and Medical teams to develop a repeatable model for clinic maintenance, upkeep, and refresh cycles
  • Oversee global vendor relationships and service agreements across markets
  • Ensure facilities meet regulatory, safety, and healthcare compliance requirements with unified risk framework
  • Own the global facilities budget and drive cost efficiency without compromising quality or safety
  • Define and track KPIs for facilities performance (hard/soft services, security, compliance) with data-driven insights
  • Report facilities health and strategic priorities to COO and Operations Leadership Team

Qualifications

  • Significant leadership experience in facilities management with 50-100s of premium high-end consumer locations
  • Demonstrated technical competence in hard services (mechanical, electrical, building systems) and ability to manage specialist teams and contractors
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and commitment to sustainable, high-quality physical environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sizeable facilities budgets and complex vendor negotiations
  • Experience with facilities management platforms and data reporting tools; enthusiasm for using technology to improve operations
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable with COO-level interactions and regional teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally to regional sites and markets as needed
