About the role
Global Head of Facilities responsible for the full spectrum of how Neko's physical spaces function and feel across markets, leading regional teams, building scalable systems, and ensuring quality, safety, and brand-aligned environments in a hybrid, London-based role.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the global facilities strategy, setting consistent standards, operating procedures, and performance benchmarks across all markets
- Build scalable playbooks, tooling, and reporting frameworks for multi-market expansion
- Benchmark against best-in-class facilities and healthcare operations globally
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional Facilities Managers
- Establish operating rhythm, escalation paths, and governance to keep regional teams aligned
- Foster a high-performance culture balancing global standards with local autonomy
- Partner with Expansion, Operations, and Medical teams to develop repeatable models for clinic maintenance, upkeep, and refresh cycles
- Oversee global vendor relationships and strategic service agreements across markets
- Ensure facilities meet regulatory, safety, and healthcare compliance requirements with unified risk and emergency preparedness framework
- Own the global facilities budget and drive financial discipline while protecting quality and safety
- Define and track KPIs for facilities performance across hard/soft services, security, and compliance
- Report facilities health and strategic priorities to the COO and Operations Leadership Team
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in facilities management, with 50-100's of premium high-end consumer locations
- Demonstrated technical competence in hard services and building systems to manage maintenance strategy and capital investment
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and commitment to sustainable, high-quality physical environments
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sizeable facilities budgets and vendor negotiations
- Experience with facilities management platforms and data reporting tools; enthusiasm for using technology to improve performance
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with COO level and regional teams
- Willingness to travel internationally to regional sites and markets as needed
