About the role

Senior Business Analyst role focused on building and maintaining analytical tooling and data infrastructure for Reddit’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) business, leveraging BigQuery, SQL, and dashboards to drive revenue strategy and GTM analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.
  • Build AI-ready data foundations: develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic for dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools.
  • Translate insights into action by guiding partners through data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Drive operational excellence: ensure on-time delivery of insights, automate recurring reporting, and continuously improve data models.
  • Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and BigQuery data pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 4+ years in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
  • 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases
  • 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows
  • Strategic and analytical capability with proven ability to translate data into insights and actions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Winning Mindset: proactive, ambitious, practical and results-driven
  • Experience in online marketing and advertising industry is preferred
