About the role

Finance-heavy, operational role owning accounts receivable, billing, burn reconciliation, revenue reporting, and FP&A support in a fast-growing startup. Focus on building scalable operational finance processes and partnering with the business, with heavy use of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own accounts receivable end-to-end: billing, month-end processes, AR scaling
  • Run month-end finance cycles: burn calculation and reconciliation across banking/spend stack
  • Own revenue reporting for investors: reconcile billing/CRM data, build retention and revenue metrics (GRR, NRR, cohort views)
  • Contextualize the numbers: translate spend and investments into business context
  • Support planning & FP&A: collaborate on financial model, budgeting, forecasting
  • Automate the finance function: streamline repetitive/manual tasks for scalability
  • Leverage AI to automate finance work and understand how product generates revenue
