About the role

Senior Data Scientist at Aircall responsible for delivering analytics insights to product and business teams, shaping pricing, packaging and multi-product strategies, mentoring data team members, and establishing best practices in analytics and data governance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product and business leaders to define the analytics roadmap and deliver key projects in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Provide actionable insights and compelling narratives to influence major decisions at the C-level
  • Build a culture of experimentation by designing and executing rigorous A/B tests to measure business impact
  • Work closely with data engineers to continuously improve the data stack, governance practices, and analysis quality

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in a high growth environment
  • Proficiency in SQL for deriving insights
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Data-driven, structured and solution oriented with extensive experience in building rigorous experiments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex data clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • You have an insatiable curiosity and are biased toward action
