About the role

Senior Product Designer at Aircall in Madrid, joining a fast-moving, AI-focused New Product Unit to build the future of autonomous sales and an AI-native Sales OS, acting as the founding designer and end-to-end product voice.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product design — from discovery and interaction design to high-fidelity execution and the design system that holds it all together.
  • Audit and systematically improve the experience and visual debt while moving fast, raising the overall quality bar without halting momentum.
  • Translate the agentic, AI-native vision into concrete, usable interfaces — making novel AI interactions feel obvious and trustworthy.
  • Build and evolve a pragmatic, scalable design system in Figma that lets us ship consistently and fast.
  • Make AI a core part of daily craft — design and prototype faster, brainstorm more directions, and accelerate everyday work; push how far AI can take a designer's workflow.
  • Stay close to the client: talk to users, sit in on calls, dig into product data, and surface real problems worth solving.
  • Partner and challenge with the tech team and product founder; push back and explore alternatives together.
  • Decide what to ship now versus later, what’s worth the craft, and what’s good enough, and communicate decisions clearly.
  • Collaborate tightly with frontend engineers (NextJS, Tailwind) to ensure shipped work matches intent and feels right.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior product design experience, ideally shipping complex B2B/SaaS or AI products.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of UX and UI; knowledge of good practices, patterns, and when to break them.
  • Fluency in Figma and modern design-system thinking.
  • Comfort designing for ambiguity: novel AI interactions, data-heavy workflows, and products that change weekly.
  • Strong sense of interaction detail, visual craft, and information hierarchy.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
