About the role

Staff Software Engineer role focused on building tooling, frameworks, and services to empower developers with Generative AI, including access to LLM providers and GenAI tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tools, frameworks, and services for Generative AI applications
  • Build solutions for accessing Large Language Model (LLM) providers
  • Contribute to tooling and evaluations for GenAI offerings
  • Influence the quality of GenAI products and developer experience
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver iterative solutions

Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript
  • Operational experience with AWS and Kubernetes
  • Genuine interest and knowledge in modern AI landscape (Context Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation lifecycle, MLOps practices)
  • Passion for technology with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Agile mindset with ability to break down complex problems into iterative solutions
  • Ownership mindset and collaborative team-oriented attitude
