About the role

Engineering leadership role building and leading the Americas ICX engineering team to ideate, design, and deliver agentic AI engagements grounded in enterprise ontology for customers across the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example by building customer solutions and setting the bar for the team.
  • Be a senior presence on key opportunities with customers and sales leadership.
  • Recruit and grow the team by hiring strong engineers and developing them.
  • Evolve the global ICX practice by collaborating with global ICX leaders on customer engagements across zones.
  • Manage a presales FDE team that models customer domains as enterprise ontologies, builds agents and ML that reason over them, and delivers working agentic applications.
  • Ensure each engagement lands successfully and that knowledge learned is leveraged for future work.

Qualifications

  • Led technical teams that work with customers (customer-facing FDE, presales, services or similar).
  • Hands-on with agentic AI and ontology; guides the team by example.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and startup-paced delivery.
  • Ability to frame work in terms of business value and credibility with customers and sales leadership.
  • Experience in data engineering and analytics and modern data/AI platforms.
  • Experience with agentic AI design and enterprise ontology/knowledge graphs.
  • Proficiency with agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and ML/AI models.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, or financial services.
