About the role

Engineering leadership role responsible for building and directing the EMEA ICX engineering team that designs and delivers agentic AI solutions grounded in an enterprise ontology for Siemens’ Intelligence Center X platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the EMEA ICX Engineering team (presales FDE) to ideate, build, and deliver agentic AI engagements.
  • Model customer domains as enterprise ontology, develop agents and ML components that reason over data, and deliver working agentic applications.
  • Lead by example, maintain a strong customer-facing presence on key opportunities, recruit and develop engineers, and evolve the global ICX practice.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and strategic partners; report to the EMEA Pre-Sales Leader.
  • Ensure landings of engagements and enable knowledge transfer to subsequent projects.
  • Engage with customers across multiple industries (manufacturing, aerospace, pharma, etc.) as part of value-driven engagements.

Qualifications

  • Led technical teams that work with customers (customer-facing FDE, presales, services or similar).
  • Hands-on with agentic AI and ontology; able to build and guide others in implementation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and rapid delivery.
  • Business-value oriented, credible with customers and sales leadership.
  • Experience leading client engagements and delivery teams in agentic AI, data and analytics.
  • Proficiency with modern data platforms and agentic AI concepts; familiarity with enterprise ontology and knowledge graphs.
  • Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir or C3.ai.
  • Knowledge of agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and enterprise ontology.
  • Industries experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace or financial services.
  • Travel up to 25%.
