About the role

Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner responsible for end-to-end recruitment, strategy, and market presence across the Americas (AMER) region with a focus on leveraging AI, data, and employer branding to attract top talent for Cloudflare.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies to help hiring leaders build high-performing teams.
  • Proactive Pipeline & Passive Candidate Outreach: Draw upon an extensive network to build proactive pipelines for various roles.
  • Stakeholder Management & Advising: Build and maintain relationships with AMER leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, HRBPs, compensation teams).
  • AI-Agent Integration & Process Optimization: Partner with internal AI agents and generative tools to reduce manual tasks and optimize outreach workflows at scale.
  • Data Utilization & Analytics: Use recruitment analytics to inform talent strategies and drive operational decisions (e.g., time-to-hire, source efficiency).
  • Employer Branding & Market Awareness: Lead strategic employer branding initiatives for the AMER market to elevate Cloudflare as a top talent destination.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner or equivalent
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills across senior leadership
  • Proven ability to implement AI-powered sourcing and automation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability and self-direction in a dynamic environment
