About the role
Profound is hiring a versatile, full-cycle Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions in a fast-growing AI marketing platform. This on-site role supports rapid scaling, partnering with founders and hiring managers, and standing up creative sourcing strategies for novel roles.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across any function we prioritize, including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and net-new roles
- Flex between requisitions and reprioritize quickly, absorbing overflow and handling net-new or unconventional searches
- Stand up sourcing strategies for unfamiliar or first-of-their-kind roles, building the playbook where none exists yet
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and tight SLAs for every search
- Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience from first message to signed offer
- Keep the funnel instrumented through ATS hygiene, conversion data, and fast iteration on what s working
Qualifications
- A versatile, full-cycle recruiter who has hired across multiple functions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pick up unfamiliar roles quickly
- High-agency and adaptable, able to reprioritize as business changes
- Creative sourcer with a real network and persistence to build one where it doesn't exist
- Data- and process-minded, tracking time to fill and source yield
- Track record at fast-growing startups, ideally familiar with the NYC ecosystem
