About the role

Role focused on owning and shipping the training pipeline for models powering Parallel’s search stack and agents, including data-to-training pipelines, fine-tuning, evaluation, and safe deployment to traffic.

Responsibilities

  • Own the training pipeline behind models powering Parallel’s search stack and agents (rankers, classifiers, query models, and models that plan, reason, and execute tasks over web data).
  • Build the path from real product usage to high-quality training data.
  • Fine-tune and evaluate models rigorously.
  • Ship models safely to traffic used by millions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience
  • A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
  • Years of experience required will correlate with internal job level requirements for this position
