About the role
Role focused on local growth and activation strategy for Neko Health's Manchester location, acting as the local face of the brand and coordinating community, marketing, events, and partnerships to drive B2C and B2B objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the local growth and activation strategy for the Manchester location.
- Act as the face of the brand locally, building relationships with members, influencers, partners, and the wider community to support B2C (member) and B2B (employer) objectives.
- Manage community, marketing, events, and partnerships to ensure exceptional clinic experiences and strong local awareness.
- Lead local growth initiatives to optimise awareness-to-appointment conversion and maintain a steady pipeline of bookings.
- Launch and run a calendar of B2C events, activations, and partnerships to drive local bookings and brand presence.
- Support the B2B UK Lead in B2B events, activations, and partnerships to drive awareness and deal flow.
- Develop internal workflows with clinical, operations, and marketing teams for alignment and execution excellence.
- Establish reporting on local performance metrics (bookings, retention, community engagement).
- Build a recognisable local brand presence to drive trust and demand in Manchester.
- Create a playbook for city activation for global rollout.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years’ experience in community management, marketing, events, and/or partnerships.
- Strong existing network within the Manchester community, including influencers, local partners, and key stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for startups and community-building; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
