About the role

Product Engineer to help build AI-powered video creation and collaboration tools, with a focus on end-to-end full-stack features, LLM-powered interfaces, and production-grade generative AI integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Create rich multimedia interfaces using Gen-4.5 and Aleph 2.0 in AI video generation
  • Build end-to-end full-stack AI-powered product features including frontend experiences and backend systems
  • Design and implement LLM-powered features and conversational interfaces
  • Partner with engineering team to push boundaries of creativity and content creation on the browser
  • Take on frontend stack challenges to implement product features for Runway’s ML-based generative tools
  • Improve performance, reliability, and code quality of codebases

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering (ideally full-stack)
  • Fluency in one or more programming languages including JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience building with third-party AI APIs (e.g., chatbots, LLM integrations)
  • Experience architecting production-ready systems and debugging/profiling
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate under tight deadlines
  • Humility and openness to learn from teammates
