Founding GTM Engineer
About the role
Founding GTM Engineer at Rovi Health, an AI-powered care concierge and virtual clinic for employer health plans. Build the outbound sales engine, automate top-of-funnel workflows, and lead complex enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate the systems that generate pipeline (outbound engine, automated prospecting, LinkedIn management, email/calling campaigns)
- Navigate high-value enterprise deals ($100K–$1M ACV) with C-suite buyers and aggregators
- Automate processes, prospect outbound leads, and manage mid-funnel activities in the first 90 days
- Scale the GTM function over time, potentially leading and expanding the department
- Engage in direct deal execution and contribute to GTM strategy and culture
Qualifications
- Highly Technical: comfortable using AI tools to accelerate workflows and manage sales collateral in HTML in GitHub
- Automation-First Mindset with ability to automate repetitive tasks
- Executive presence to speak the language of CFOs, CHROs, and aggregators
- Builder DNA with ownership mindset and comfort in ambiguity
