About the role

Product-minded software engineer across all levels to build high-quality product features and systems using AI, owning end-to-end projects and contributing to a fast-scaling, AI-native procurement platform.

Responsibilities

  • Join a skilled team of full-stack product engineers
  • Direct product impact including roadmap prioritisation, project scoping, technical direction, UX, and implementation strategy
  • Work with modern technology stack (TypeScript, React, Postgres, AWS serverless) and tooling (Pulumi, GitHub Actions, Datadog, Meticulous, Incident.io)
  • Develop AI-native features and products, using Claude Code and agentic workflows
  • Own projects from idea to deployment, monitoring, and iteration across the stack
  • Support continuous delivery with small, incremental production deployments multiple times per day
  • Tackle scalability challenges as the company grows, maintaining performance and reliability
  • Collaborate autonomously within a high-trust team, while solving difficult problems
  • Engage with customers to understand problems and ensure value-driven development

Qualifications

  • Experience building web apps end-to-end, full-stack with TypeScript and ideally AWS serverless
  • Strong impact orientation and ownership
  • Experience delivering reliable, well-architected products with tooling across AWS, IaC, and observability
  • Comfort moving across the stack and shipping rapidly
  • Desire to own meaningful engineering problems and lead initiatives
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to explain and uplift others
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and autonomous decision-making
