About the role

Lead Recruiter to support hiring across G&A and broader business functions at Neko Health, partnering with senior leadership to attract, assess, and close top talent in high-growth and mission-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support hiring across G&A functions globally.
  • Act as the point of contact for the Marketing organization and partner with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Source proactively and creatively from diverse talent pools across corporate, scale-up, and high-performance environments.
  • Advise senior leadership on role design, organizational needs, and hiring prioritization.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience reflecting the brand's quality and integrity.
  • Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Proven success hiring talent from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with a creative, research-led approach to talent discovery.
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments.
  • Excellent communicator with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy.
